Airport Day 2004 was a huge success! We hope you were able to attend and enjoy the celebration of flight... both model and full-size avaition! Airport Day 2005 is in the works to be bigger still with more of everything.

Over 60 people experienced their first flight of a model airplane at Airport Day 2004. Kent Nogy's turbine-powered King Kat waits for antoher flight. Some of the larger models on display along the flightline.
CDF displayed this Grumman S2 Turbo Tracker air tanker. Calstar air ambulance's Bell 222 departed early on an emergency call. Chuck Wentworth's beautiful Corsair fires up for a fly-by.
Zak West torque-rolling his 33% scale Extra 330 down on the deck. Tom Applegate taxis out for one of two aerobatic routines he flew at Airport Day. A very low inverted pass during Zak West's freestyle routine.
